Many users get into trouble that way and make matters worse. It is never a good idea to apply a solution until AFTER you know what the problem is. No one has checked anything on your system to see what your problem actually is. Hi rjr, I would start a new thread in your name and list your computer information. Having your own thread is helpful and there is no confusion on to whom the instructions are intended for. Are you the Administrator, using that Account for any action involving Flash Player. Your Anti-Virus program, whether it includes a Firewall and if now do you use any Firewall other than Windows Firewall. Not back to you, When you start your thread, post your operating system, with Service Pack info if applicable browsers used and version numbers. I'm sure he/she is not offended, in fact he/she has a request pending which I intend to answer as soon as I can. xXXXFlipXXx's suggestion was a helpful suggestion to you but in my opinion not in your best interest. Having been on this forum for some time I have seen helpful suggestions, risky suggestions and downright malicious directions. I would have said the same thing to you had the roles been reversed. Anytime I happen to see any suggestion to any user that I think is not in their best interest, I always give my opinion.
